Donald Trump: Comey's leak of memo 'totally illegal?'

Several law professors told us there are no laws prohibiting Comey from sharing conversations he had with Trump in an unclassified manner.

“It absolutely is legal for Comey to share his own private reflections that do not consist of closely held national security secrets with the press, whether by passing on the information himself or through a friend,” said Heidi Kitrosser, a law professor at the University of Minnesota.

“Anti-leak” laws like the Espionage Act only apply to closely held national security information, Kitrosser said.

“There is absolutely no basis that I have seen to believe that Comey’s private recollections fall into that category,” Kitrosser added.

Legal experts: Comey’s testimony described serious misconduct by Trump including “abuse of power”

While President Donald Trump’s conservative media allies have spent the day claiming former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony vindicated the president, legal experts who watched the hearing say it revealed Trump’s alleged behavior was “inappropriate” and a clear “abuse of power,” potentially amounting to obstruction of justice.

Trump’s son seems to confirm Comey’s account of the president’s comments on the Flynn investigation

This is the gang that couldn’t shoot straight:

But Donald Trump Jr. — the president’s eldest son — seemed to confirm Comey’s version of events in a Saturday interview on Fox News as he tried to emphasize the fact that his father did not directly order Comey to stop investigating Flynn.

“When he tells you to do something, guess what? There’s no ambiguity in it, there’s no, ‘Hey, I’m hoping,'” Trump Jr. said. “You and I are friends: ‘Hey, I hope this happens, but you’ve got to do your job.’ That’s what he told Comey. And for this guy, as a politician, to then go back and write a memo: ‘Oh, I felt threatened.’ He felt so threatened — but he didn’t do anything.”

More Trump Inspired Racist Violence: "Shut up Slave!" (Video)

The guy dressed in white (how ironic) is the latest face of racist stupidity.

Once again we see more violent racism that has become an epidemic under this president:

The incident began about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Starbuck in the Loop neighborhood, when the man became enraged when some coffee spilled on his light-colored suit, reported WLS-TV.

A photographer from the TV station was inside the coffee shop when the incident began and recorded video, along with other customers.

“Shut up, slave!” yelled the man, later identified as 23-year-old William Boucher. “Do not talk to me!”

Boucher also referred to the man as livestock and suggested he should be tagged with a bar code involving his Social Security number.

“You’re disgusting,” the man yells.

The argument spilled outside, where the dispute became violent.

“Your children are disposable vermin!” Boucher yells at one man, who is also videotaping him, and spits on the 30-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman.

Trump accuses ex-FBI director Comey of Cowardice over 'Leaks'

This scum doesn’t know when to stop:

US President Donald Trump on Sunday accused James Comey of cowardice by leaking accounts of his meetings with the president, days after the ex-FBI director testified that Trump sought to derail the Russian probe.

“I believe the James Comey leaks will be far more prevalent than anyone ever thought possible,” Trump wrote in an early morning tweet. “Totally illegal? Very ‘cowardly!'”

Sacked FBI chief Comey delivered his bombshell allegations at a Senate hearing Thursday, saying in his sworn testimony that he had asked a “friend” identified as a Columbia University law professor to release a memo of his conversations with the president to the press.

Comey said he had hoped releasing the information via the media would prompt the appointment of a special counsel to handle the Russia probe, a ploy that ultimately proved successful.
