Trump got the National Enquirer to bury his secrets. Did he do the same with Putin?

Trump has lots of secrets. And it’s destroying him. One way or another:

According to the Associated Press, Pecker kept a safe full of negative stories on Trump. As multiple sources told the AP, “the safe was a great source of power for Pecker. … By keeping celebrities’ embarrassing secrets, the company was able to ingratiate itself with them and ask for favors in return.” A former National Enquirer reporter described the so-called “catch-and-kill” technique to the AP as: “‘I did this for you,’ now what can you do for me.” The Enquirer, he said “always got something in return.”

And Pecker did get something out of the relationship. In addition to flights on Trump’s private plane, Pecker got access to the gossip about the circles Trump inhabited. Trump is reported to have supplied Pecker with information the National Enquirer could turn into juicy stories. Pecker also received public praise from Trump that may have helped him professionally and financially.

Turning Point USA conference: Students told to ‘expose Islam’ on college campus

When Trump gets kicked out of the White House (sometime early 2019) these people will go back under the rocks they crawled out from:

Students attending a conservative conference on Thursday were told they needed to “expose Islam” for the “ugly thing” it is.

The conference was held by Turning Point USA, a conservative advocacy group that has gained significant momentum in the Trump era. Its president and founder, Charlie Kirk, is close friends with Donald Trump Jr. and has met with and been retweeted by President Donald Trump.

Young conservatives attending a Florida conference on Thursday were told they needed to “expose Islam” for the “ugly thing” it is.

Fox & Friends host on Trump: ‘He just refounded ISIS’

Fox & Friends Christmas Special

If FOX turns on Trump he’s dead in the water:

“Fox and Friends” host Brian Kilmeade on Friday morning tore into Trump’s other controversial decision this week – to pull U.S. troops out of Syria – and he did it right to the face of Trump’s own press secretary, Sarah Sanders.

Kilmeade even went so far as to say that the president was paving the way for a revitalized Islamic State, also known as ISIS.

“He also is doing exactly what he criticized President [Barack] Obama for doing,” Kilmeade told Sanders. “He said President Obama is the founder of ISIS; he just refounded ISIS, because they have 30,000 men there and they are already striking back with our would-be evacuation. The president is really on the griddle with this.”
